Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-driven and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our corporate workshops, trainings, seminars, and specialty events. This role requires someone with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of assisting with logistics and ensuring all event operations run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation, and equipment organization

  • Assist with vendor communication, contracts, and onsite operations

  • Maintain detailed event documentation, timelines, and checklists

  • Provide onsite support during events, ensuring smooth flow and exceptional attendee experience

  • Collaborate with the Events Team to brainstorm concepts, themes, and layout enhancements

  • Monitor and manage inventory of event supplies and support ordering when needed

  • Conduct post-event follow-ups, evaluations, and reporting
