We are seeking a driven and polished Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring their needs are met, expectations exceeded, and long-term relationships strengthened. You will play a key role in representing our agency with professionalism while supporting day-to-day client communication, coordination, and satisfaction initiatives.
Responsibilities
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, service updates, and project coordination.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or additional support.
Prepare and deliver clear reports, updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs and service delivery.
Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through initial processes and expectations.
Support the development of strategies to enhance client retention and overall engagement.
