We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of corporate and private events. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys a dynamic environment, values precision, and excels at multitasking. You will work closely with our Events Manager to ensure every element of each event runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing events from concept to completion
Coordinate logistics, vendors, schedules, and event materials
Support event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown
Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, and checklists
Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams
Ensure all event standards and brand guidelines are met
Provide administrative support for contracts, budgets, and reports
Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Basic knowledge of event planning processes is a plus
