Job Description

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide accurate information in a courteous and professional manner. The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and address customer questions or concerns

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs or campaigns

  • Record and update customer information accurately

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications
