We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing project communications, and ensuring that client objectives are met with excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, providing outstanding service and strategic support throughout each project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and timely project delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to execute campaigns and deliverables aligned with client goals.

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships through proactive communication.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance to ensure optimal results.

  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value and strengthen long-term partnerships.
