Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting the execution of key projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to build meaningful relationships while contributing to our company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team in day-to-day client communications and project coordination.

• Maintain accurate client records and track progress across multiple accounts.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.

• Contribute to team goals by supporting business development and client retention efforts.
