Job Description

Job Summary:
The Event and Brand Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and enthusiastic about bringing brand experiences to life. The position involves hands-on work with event logistics, brand promotions, and public-facing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics such as setup, materials, and vendor communication.

  • Support brand promotions and on-site customer engagement.

  • Help maintain event and brand materials, inventory, and displays.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand presentation.

  • Provide administrative and on-site support before, during, and after events.
