We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Halifax. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. You will play a key role in supporting our mission by delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.

  • Provide feedback and insights to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
