We are seeking a Customer Service Trainer to join our growing team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and deliver training programs that enhance the quality and effectiveness of our customer service teams. You will play a key role in shaping our service culture, ensuring that every client interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing customer service representatives.
Evaluate training needs through performance data, feedback, and observation.
Create instructional materials, guides, and resources tailored to team objectives.
Coach employees individually and in groups to improve communication, product knowledge, and service delivery.
Collaborate with management to align training strategies with company goals and client expectations.
Assess training effectiveness and continuously enhance program content and methods.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service training, coaching, or team leadership.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire others to deliver outstanding results.
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective training strategies.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
