We are seeking a Communications Representative to join our dynamic team in San Antonio. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication between our company, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering impactful messages that align with our brand vision.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread written materials such as press releases, client updates, and internal memos.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure message consistency and alignment with company goals.

  • Support the planning and execution of events, presentations, and corporate communications.

  • Monitor communication channels to maintain brand tone and professionalism.

  • Assist in creating and distributing company announcements and media materials.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, client relations, or corporate support.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Professional presentation and the ability to handle multiple priorities under deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office communication tools.
