We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Liaison to join our Tampa team. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and service requests.
Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and suggest improvements.
Support onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
