Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about leadership, talent development, and organizational growth. The Leadership Development Associate will support the design and execution of leadership programs, assist with coaching initiatives, and contribute to cultivating a high-performing organizational culture.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing leadership development programs and workshops.

• Support senior leadership in coaching, mentoring, and performance management initiatives.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in leadership development.

• Track program outcomes, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive engagement and participation in development initiatives.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leadership strategies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or training.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems is a plus.
