We are seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist to join our Miami office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in representing Lumina Agency’s brand and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for everyone who enters our doors. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately
Maintain the reception area’s appearance and ensure a welcoming environment
Manage scheduling, mail distribution, and administrative support tasks
Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with company events and appointments
Support internal teams with clerical and operational needs
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
