We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Miami team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Reboot Staff.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through research and outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients

  • Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
