We are seeking a motivated and professional Client Relationship Representative to join our Washington, DC team. This role plays a key part in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting our business growth by maintaining strong, strategic relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through services, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities for continued collaboration.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Professional demeanor and commitment to excellence in every client interaction.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is an advantage.
