The ideal candidate will act as a trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication, prompt support, and the successful delivery of branding projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications between clients and internal teams.

  • Understand client needs and provide proactive solutions that align with Elevare Branding’s standards of excellence.

  • Prepare account reports and performance summaries for internal review and client presentation.

  • Manage feedback and implement necessary adjustments to optimize service and results.

  • Support the development of new strategies to enhance client retention and engagement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer relations, or client service (branding or marketing industry preferred).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • A professional, client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
