We are seeking a motivated Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events that reflect Swift7 Consultants’ commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, conferences, and client meetings
Coordinate logistics, including venues, catering, transportation, and accommodation
Manage event budgets and maintain accurate records of expenses
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
Support post-event activities, including reporting and feedback collection
Provide general administrative support to the Events Manager as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
