Responsibilities

Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions to enhance communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
Monitor and report on training outcomes, recommending adjustments as needed.
Stay up to date on industry best practices and integrate new learning techniques and technologies.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a trainer, coach, or team leader in a customer service environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to motivate and inspire others while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
