We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining records, and assisting with internal communication and coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain and organize office files and records
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations
Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks
Coordinate office supplies and vendor communication
Help implement and maintain office procedures for efficiency
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
