Sharpcontra is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support and enhance our company’s internal and external communication efforts. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent messaging across departments, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining a professional brand image. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, organizational, and strategic communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and company announcements.

  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistent messaging and brand voice across all materials.

  • Coordinate communication plans for company initiatives and events.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management and clients.

  • Assist in the development of communication strategies that promote company goals and culture.

  • Maintain effective relationships with team members, clients, and partners.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, coordination, or similar roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of communication tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
