Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication skills while ensuring smooth daily operations at our front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, guests, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.

• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

• Assist with administrative tasks and document management.

• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems
