Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into seamless experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and private events.

• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

• Support event marketing and communications as needed.

• Track budgets, prepare reports, and ensure events stay within financial guidelines.

• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve event processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
