This role will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, project management, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and projects.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and project updates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in account management or client services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
