We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will build strong relationships, oversee project delivery, and contribute to the growth and success of both our clients and Shine Social Brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow accounts.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client goals with company objectives.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate client progress and feedback.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or account management.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
