Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage email correspondence and maintain the reception area.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
