Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our corporate communications team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating, coordinating, and delivering high-quality communication materials that enhance Sharpcontra’s internal and external messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other communication materials.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and company announcements.

  • Support the execution of communication strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Maintain accurate records of communications and media coverage.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with basic graphic design tools is a plus.
