We are seeking a Service Communications Advisor to join our growing team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between clients and service teams, ensuring messages are delivered clearly, accurately, and in alignment with organizational standards. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional, client-focused approach.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, providing timely and accurate updates.
Draft, review, and distribute service-related correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication processes and resolve client concerns.
Monitor and report on service delivery metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.
Support the development of communication strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client service, account management, or communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
