Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Manager Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, project delivery, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to guarantee on-time and high-quality results.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

• Collaborate with account managers to develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs.

• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or project coordination.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
