As a Retail Store Manager at Story Lane Box, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while driving business growth. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of associates, manage sales goals, and uphold our brand values through exceptional service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, including sales, staffing, and inventory management.

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain store standards, visual displays, and merchandising guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Build strong customer relationships and handle escalated service issues effectively.

  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty or lifestyle retail.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.

  • Knowledge of inventory management, staffing, and scheduling systems.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
