We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Account Assistant to support our executive and client management teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting with account coordination, and supporting executives in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to executives and account managers.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client communications.

  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders.

  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and project progress to ensure timely completion.

  • Support client account management by coordinating tasks and maintaining accurate records.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or account coordination role.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
