Job Description

Nexmos Design is seeking a motivated Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in crafting clear, professional messaging, coordinating company communications, and ensuring consistent brand voice across various platforms. This role is key to maintaining effective communication channels and supporting project coordination within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading company communications, press materials, and presentations.

• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.

• Support event planning and company initiatives by managing communication logistics.

• Maintain internal communication tools and ensure information is updated and accessible.

• Track and report on communication activities to support team goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in communications, administrative, or support roles is preferred.
