Are you a people person with a passion for building lasting connections? NextGens Events Co. is looking for a Client Relationship Representative to be the face of our company. In this role, you will manage client accounts, ensure their needs are met, and work to exceed their expectations at every step of the event planning process. You will be a key player in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and flawless execution.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients.

  • Manage client accounts from the initial consultation through to the event completion.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

  • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to clients and management.

  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in event management or a related industry.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
