Job Description: The Customer Service Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This is a crucial role that requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

  • Document and track all client interactions and resolutions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.

  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our services to provide accurate and helpful information.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
