Swift 7 Consultants is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and playing a key role in expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a knack for building rapport and a strong desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through calls and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior consultants.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in a business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
