Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Austin. As the face of Sphirea Plus, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate transactions while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally

• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies

• Monitor inventory levels for front-end items and report discrepancies

• Assist with restocking, merchandising, and basic store upkeep as needed

• Follow all company procedures and comply with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer-facing roles is preferred

• Strong math and communication skills

• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy
