We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for fostering long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and able to manage multiple accounts with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client goals and provide strategic guidance to ensure success.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
Prepare and present client reports and performance reviews.
Identify upselling opportunities and support business development efforts.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project timelines.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
