Responsibilities
Participate in comprehensive leadership and management training programs
Assist with planning and executing internal projects and operational strategies
Collaborate with team leaders on performance improvement initiatives
Conduct research and contribute to strategic planning efforts
Observe and assist in employee development and performance evaluations
Attend leadership meetings and participate in company-wide initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field (or relevant experience)
