We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and delivering an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
Make outbound follow-up calls to support customer needs and resolve issues
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details
Document customer interactions and maintain updated records in internal systems
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Meet individual and team performance goals and KPIs
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills and ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism
Comfortable using CRM systems, phone systems, and multitasking in digital tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
