We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our growing team in New Orleans. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting client visibility, driving qualified leads, and expanding market presence. Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies tailored for the real estate sector
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and emerging trends
Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including flyers, presentations, and email campaigns
Work with internal teams to develop lead generation initiatives
Support client outreach and campaign performance tracking
Attend weekly strategy meetings and report on marketing performance
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role (real estate industry is a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
