We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and manage internal and external communication strategies that reflect our brand voice, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support operational goals. This role is key to ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and strengthening our company’s visibility and credibility within the industry.
Responsibilities
Develop, write, and distribute clear, engaging content for internal communications, newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
Coordinate external communication initiatives, including press releases, client updates, and property notices.
Collaborate with leadership and departmental teams to craft consistent messaging and communication materials.
Ensure all communications align with company values, branding, and strategic objectives.
Assist in managing crisis communication and urgent messaging when needed.
Monitor and improve communication workflows for efficiency and impact.
Support training efforts and onboarding materials related to communication protocols.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a professional communications or content coordination role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience in property management or real estate industry is a plus.
