We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations and guide our staff toward success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, ensure efficient workflow, and foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment. This position requires strong organizational abilities and a hands-on approach to performance management, planning, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of staff to meet daily and long-term objectives

  • Coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects

  • Conduct team meetings and provide performance feedback and coaching

  • Identify areas of improvement and implement strategic solutions

  • Maintain high standards of service and productivity

  • Collaborate with upper management to align departmental goals

  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular progress reports

  • Train new team members and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team toward excellence

  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in property management or operations is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
