We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Account Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior account executives in managing client relationships, tracking deliverables, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

As an Executive Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong communication between departments, coordinating schedules, and helping drive client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist executive team in managing daily client communications and internal coordination

  • Maintain and update client records, project trackers, and performance reports

  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and client deliverables

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis when needed

  • Monitor timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule

  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams to support project execution

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or account support role (2+ years preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
