Beloform is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive approach to multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Assist in the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals
Act as a point of contact for clients and team members during all phases of the project lifecycle
Identify and resolve issues, risks, and bottlenecks that may impact timelines or quality
Support cross-functional teams by facilitating meetings and ensuring task follow-through
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support role
Solid understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
