We are seeking a Customer Service Trainer to lead, design, and deliver training programs that enhance our customer service team’s performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving service quality through effective coaching, onboarding processes, and continuous learning development. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging training materials and workshops for new and existing customer service staff.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs for new hires.

  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching to enhance service delivery.

  • Collaborate with department managers to assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and adjust programs as necessary.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Facilitate feedback sessions and training assessments to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles, call center operations, and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams with a positive, coaching-oriented attitude.

  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or a related field preferred
