Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Representative to join our growing team in Atlanta. This position plays a key role in supporting our corporate communication strategies and delivering clear, consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for precision, organization, and brand voice.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal announcements, press releases, and client communications

  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies

  • Maintain consistent corporate messaging across various departments

  • Support coordination of events, presentations, and internal meetings

  • Monitor feedback and respond to communication inquiries in a professional manner

  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and executive teams to ensure unified messaging

  • Maintain documentation and records of communications projects and timelines

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or coordination role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

  • Familiarity with internal communication tools and professional writing styles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
