We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to serve as the critical bridge between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will ensure a smooth communication flow, resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, and enhance the client experience by delivering solutions with precision and care.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customer communications and inquiries
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, concerns, and solutions provided
Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and escalate issues as necessary
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback for process improvement
Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the customer journey
Represent Reboot Staff with professionalism and brand integrity at every touchpoint
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Benefits
Competitive annual salary: $54,000 – $60,000
