We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to serve as the critical bridge between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you will ensure a smooth communication flow, resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, and enhance the client experience by delivering solutions with precision and care.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer communications and inquiries

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, concerns, and solutions provided

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address client needs and escalate issues as necessary

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback for process improvement

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication throughout the customer journey

  • Represent Reboot Staff with professionalism and brand integrity at every touchpoint

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
