We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting campaign execution, client coordination, and brand development initiatives. You will work directly with our marketing and operations teams to ensure projects stay on track and client expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives

  • Conduct market research and compile reports on competitors, trends, and customer insights

  • Support the preparation of presentations, pitch materials, and promotional documents

  • Maintain internal documentation, schedules, and marketing calendars

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to execute strategies effectively

  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings, events, and promotional activities

  • Monitor project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met consistently

  • Help manage inventory of marketing materials and printed assets

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or client-facing role (entry-level considered with internship experience)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva, Trello, or CRM platforms is a plus

  • Professional demeanor and a solutions-oriented attitude
