Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure full resolution

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and report feedback to management

  • Track and meet daily performance metrics and service goals

Qualifications
