Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure full resolution
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address service issues or delays
Identify opportunities for process improvement and report feedback to management
Uphold company standards and promote a customer-first approach
Track and meet daily performance metrics and service goals
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
