We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project teams in planning, organizing, and executing various technology and cloud service initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deliverables in alignment with strategic goals.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays, escalating issues as necessary.

  • Maintain documentation, meeting minutes, and reports for internal and external use.

  • Track budgets and resource allocation in collaboration with team leads.

  • Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and deadlines.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar coordination or support role.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
