We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team at Property Soar. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences through well-executed events. You will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate marketing events and community engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of open houses, real estate showcases, and client networking events
Coordinate logistics including vendor communication, materials preparation, venue setup, and guest registration
Monitor event timelines and ensure all elements are delivered on schedule
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
Maintain detailed records of event performance and attendee feedback
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with branding strategies
Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing related to events
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, or administrative coordination
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
